Bus stops at Brussels-Central Station have been relocated due to roadworks that began on Sunday 7 April.
Rue Cardinal Mercier – normally a terminus for several bus routes – is no longer in use for this purpose and pick-up points around Brussels' main train station have moved around.
Passengers must board bus 29 towards Hof Ten Berg at the same stop as the 71 towards Delta. The 29 towards De Brouckère will no longer serve the stop Putterij.
Bus 38 towards Héros can be boarded at the same stop as the 52 towards Forest, and the 38 towards Gare Centrale can be boarded at Rue Ravenstein.
The 52 towards Forest remains unchanged, while passengers going in the opposite direction (tpwards Gare Centrale) should board at Kunstberg.
The 63 and 65 going to Brussels Cemetery and Machelen respectively should be boarded at the stop for 71 towards Delta. Bus 66 remains unchanged.
Several Noctis bus routes have also been slightly modified. The N06 will join the N04 and N05 at Rue des Colonies, the N10 and N11 can be boarded at Boulevard de l'Impératrice, and the N18 at Rue Ravenstein. The N08, N09, N11 and N13 will not alter their services.
Works at Central Station kicked off in March 2022 and aim to ensure "modernisation, more space and light, traffic flow, comfort and accessibility". 53,000 passengers pass through the station every day.
