Colruyt has launched a bond issue for a minimum of €125 million and a maximum of €250 million, the supermarket group announced on Wednesday.

The gross coupon amounts to 4.25% and will be paid annually on 21 February.

These are green bonds open to retail investors and, “to a lesser extent,” to qualified investors, Colruyt said.

The subscription period runs from 10 to 14 February 2023, inclusive. The minimum subscription amount is €1,000. In terms of costs, a commission of 1.875% is borne by all individual investors.

The bond matures in February 2028. After deducting withholding tax (30%) and fees, the net yield is 2.571%.
