A 33-year-old woman who found a bag containing €15,000 in cash while travelling on a high-speed train from Hanover to Munich in Germany promptly handed her discovery over to the police on Sunday morning.
The woman reported the find to the German Federal Police at around 6:50 a.m.
Investigators are now searching for the owner of the misplaced bag.
Due to her honesty, the woman is entitled under German law to a reward of 3% of the amount found, for returning money over €500 to the authorities.
