A 16-year-old boy was injured in a knife attack on Thursday evening in the Brussels municipality of Watermael-Boitsfort, the Marlow police zone confirmed on Friday.
The incident occurred around 19:30 on Rue Édouard Olivier. A dispute broke out among four young people for unclear reasons. During the altercation, blows were exchanged, and one of the youths drew a knife.
The 16-year-old was stabbed in the abdomen. According to the police, the injury was superficial and the victim’s life is not in danger.
“The investigation continues to identify all persons involved,” the Brussels police zone stated. Both the victim and a witness will be questioned as part of the investigation.
