This summer, Pukkelpop is organising an extra one-day festival, called "HEAR HEAR!" and taking place on Sunday 14 August, the week before their regular festival weekend.
The extra festival will take place on the same festival field in Kiewit, with four festival stages and Editors, Pixies, Liam Gallagher and Balthazar as headliners.
The first three will perform on the main stage, named "WAH WAH" for the occasion. Balthazar, among others, will be performing in the biggest festival tent, dubbed "GIMME GIMME" for the day.
The rest of the names and the exact line-up of the different stages will be announced later. The organisation describes the bill as a mix of "recognisable artists, and a new batch."
"HEAR HEAR!" will start at 11:00, and the headliner will close at 01:00. As it will be a one-day event, there will be no festival camping. Additionally, Monday, the day after the festival, is 15 August, a legal holiday. "In other words: double fun," the organisation said.
