A bevy of chefs, patissiers, cheesemakers and brewers will showcase the capital's gastronomy in late September at the ‘Eat Festival Brussels,’ to be held at the Gare Maritime in Tour & Taxi.

The festival, which has been celebrating the capital’s flavours for over 10 years, will take place from 28 September to 1 October. Food enthusiasts will be able to feast on the original dishes of 40 chefs, 8 pastry chefs, 8 cheese-makers and 13 brewers, all in one place.

This year’s edition is joining forces with the ‘BXLBeerFest’ beer festival, which will take place on the same weekend at Tour & Taxis. Holders of a ticket for ‘Eat Festival Brussels’ will be able to access this event at a reduced price.

‘Eat Festival Brussels’ will also host the Brussels competition for the best prawn croquette, for the first time ever, on Sunday 1 October, while visitors will be able to take advantage of a market featuring producers from the capital region.

Payments for consumption throughout the festival will be dematerialised, via a pre-loaded magnetic card.
