The Brussels gastronomic event Eat Festival will take up residence at the Tour & Taxis ferry terminal, from 29 September to 2 October.
Visitors will be able to taste “the best of Brussels”, the organisers promise. This year, a local producers market is announced, as well as a Brussels beer bar.
A total of 35 chefs from the capital will offer a signature dish. Stand-out names are Grégoire Gillard and Barbara Hoornaert (Barge), Cédric Mosbeux (Fernand Obb Delicatessen), Simona El-Harar (kitchen 151), Denis Delcampe (Le Tournant), Ugo Federico and Francesco Cury (Racines) or even Elliott Van de Velde (Entropy).

In addition, a number of pastry chefs will be present every day for the dessert offer. Eat Festival is also an opportunity to meet several Brussels cheese makers and brewers.
The Wines of Bordeaux, partner of the festival, will complete the offer with tastings. The fully “cashless” ticket office for the festival will open at the beginning of September.
