The richest man in the world, Elon Musk, has challenged the Russian president to a fight. Musk took to Twitter to issue his challenge and ask Putin "Do you agree to this fight?" While Putin has yet to respond, Dmitry Rogozin, head of Russian space agency Roscosmos, came to his president's defense.
