The 2025 edition of ‘Dinner in the Sky’ will be held over the official Waterloo battlefield from 22 May to 22 June, the organisers announced on Friday. This fourteenth edition will spotlight five female chefs and several young cooks.
Guests, seated around tables suspended in mid-air, will savour dishes prepared by one of 32 chefs participating daily during the 32-day event.
“Five female chefs will illuminate the 2025 edition of Dinner in the Sky,” said the organisers. The programme features Stéphanie Thunus of “Au Gré du Vent”, Isabelle Arpin of “L’Auberge de Leignon”, Marie Trignon of “La Roseraie”, Mélanie Englebin of “Cecila”, and Manon Schenck of “La Table de Manon”.

On 24 May, Giovanni Bruno, from Brussels' Michelin star restaurant Senzanome, will cook up a specialty menu for guests with a wine pairing.
‘Dinner in the Sky’ has previously taken place above various iconic Belgian locations, mostly in Brussels, including Mont des Arts, Cinquantenaire, Place de Brouckère, Place des Martyrs, Basilica of Koekelberg, along the canal, and at the Atomium.
