Members of the "Freedom Convoy Netherlands" movement vowed on Saturday to keep up their protest in The Hague against health measures related to the novel Coronavirus, Belga news agency reports.
The movement said on its Telegram account that it would remain at the Buitenhof Square, outside the Dutch Parliament, for as long as necessary, even if it took two weeks. It called on supporters to bring their camping cars, tents or caravans and join it.
“Whatever happens, do not use violence,” it urged.

The protesters, who have blocked access to the city centre with trucks, tractors and other vehicles, have vowed to stay put until “all measures introduced over the past two years have been completely abolished.”
This was a reference mainly to facemasks, vaccines and the health pass, Belga notes.
