The 15th edition of Museum Night Fever (MNF) will take place in Brussels on 22 October, with 34 museums around the capital remaining open between 19:00 and 01:00.
With a programme of live music, performances, and guided tours, dozens of museums will participate to "create their own original itinerary through a hundred or so artistic activities, which link young multidisciplinary talents, collectives or art schools and the museums," organisers said.
This edition of MNF will emphasise inclusion, highlighting artists from the LGBTQ+ community in an effort to counter under-representation within museum collections.
In addition, about 100 young artists will reinvent their work and provide a unique atmosphere with concerts and DJ sets, while the annual afterparty will take place in the C12 nightclub.
Exciting extra entertainment
Alongside the usual exhibitions, there will be immersive installations, concerts, participatory workshops, dance performances, circus acts, fashion shows and poetry recitals.
