Rail traffic disrupted between Ternat and Jette

Train services have been suspended between Ternat, in Flemish Brabant, and Jette in Brussels since 5:30 am on Saturday, following a collision with a person, according to rail infrastructure company Infrabel.

The train involved in the incident was carrying approximately 50 passengers. An evacuation of these passengers was conducted swiftly in the early morning. The affected train was en route from Aalst to Brussels-Midi.

The rail company SNCB is currently exploring alternative ways for passengers who planned to travel between Ternat and Jette.
