A man was deprived of his liberty after a violent robbery at Guillemins Station in Liège on Saturday, the Liège prosecutor’s office confirmed on Sunday.
Four individuals assaulted a homeless man around 6:00 at Guillemins Station in Liège on Saturday morning.
The suspects attacked the victim with the intention of stealing his bag.
One of the four alleged attackers was brought before the Liège prosecutor’s office on Sunday. He is already known to authorities and is currently under investigation in another case.
The on-call magistrate at the Liège prosecutor’s office has requested an arrest warrant from the investigative judge overseeing the current case.
