Rock Werchter Festival has unveiled the Foo Fighters as its first headline act for the coming year.
Led by Dave Grohl, the rock band will make its fourth appearance on the festival’s stage, with previous performances in 1996, 2005, and 2017.
The US band returned in June with their eleventh studio album, “But Here We Are”, and embarked on a world tour.
Their journey will take them to Australia, New Zealand, and across Europe, including several UK shows, and a single date in France, Denmark and Belgium. They will conclude their tour in the United States.
Rock Werchter 2024 will take place in Werchter in the province of Flemish Brabant, from Thursday, 4th July to Sunday, 7th July. The Foo Fighters will close the festival as the grand finale.
Ticket sales will commence on Friday, 1st December.
