Opening and closing films
The opening film will be the Belgian premiere of "Cobweb" by director Kim Je-woon. In the 1970s, he was obsessed by the desire to re-shoot the ending of his completed film “Cobweb”, but chaos and turmoil grip the set with interference from the censorship authorities, and the complaints of actors and producers who can’t understand the re-written ending. Will Kim be able to find a way through this chaos to fulfill his artistic ambitions and complete his masterpiece?
The closing film by Heo Myeong-haeng, "The Roundup: Punishment" is the story of Ma Seok-do, the bulldozer-like cop, who investigates an illegal online gambling operation run by cold-blooded gangster Baek and IT genius Chang. Ma forms an unlikely alliance with con man Jang and begins hunting down the criminals.
