A man was arrested as part of the investigation into the shooting near the Clemenceau metro station on 5 February, the Brussels Public Prosecutor's Office reported on Friday.
The arrest was made following several house searches which took place on Thursday 20 February.
The man was arrested and charged by the investigating judge, according to the prosecutor's office.
A first suspect had already been arrested on 6 February. He is still in custody.
