Air Albania will be operating at Brussels Airport from 22 February with biweekly flights to Tirana, the capital of Albania.

The airline will fly between Brussels and Tirana twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

However, Tirana is not a completely new destination for Brussels Airport. "TUI fly already flew to Tirana, except last winter," said Brussels Airport spokesperson Jeffrey Franssens.

Ryanair also flies to and from the Albanian capital from Charleroi Airport.
